Terms and Conditions
- You must be at least 18 years or older to obtain a Montgomery Gardens Club Rewards Card.
- Allow 48 hours for activation of your Rewards card. Purchases made during this time period will be credited to your account. Points cannot be redeemed until your card is fully activated.
- All information involving the use of this card will be kept confidential and used exclusively to provide you with our special values.
- Sales tax, institutional or professional account purchases, gift cards, delivery charges, landscape installations, labor or nonprofit items and rentals do not qualify for Rewards points.
- Certain promotional offers may be excluded from being credited to your account.
- Montgomery Gardens Club Rewards Cards are non-transferable. Lost, stolen or additional cards will be issued for $2.00 each.
- Only one card will be issued per household. All points will accumulate in the name of the member who completes the member profile.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue the program, card or benefits at any time.
- Returned merchandise's reward points will be deducted from your account.
- Reward points awards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
